Ok so where to start......the meatballs are supposed to be homemade stuffed with feta. They used pre-made meatballs cut into it and stuffed feta into it. The feta isn't fresh, its a pre packaged cubed feta from the supermarket and it was terrible. The potatoes were the driest things I've eaten in a very long time, I felt like it came out of the microwave. The lentil soup smelled amazing but when I had taste it, it was bland. how is that even possible. Didnt give me my bread or the greek sauce.
Needs a little soap and water but it will do. It's the only gyro place we have in the hood. I wish they were more greek. I would recommend the owner to send the gyro cook to "Fontana' in Bayside to get some idea what a gyro is so they can duplicate it to our hood. Over all, we will live.
Their "large" soup is the same as their "small". I ordered $95+ worth of food and it wasn't worth it. Their loukaniko is not greek based, it's just hotdogs. The souvlaki sandwich is a wrap. They put items like pastichio and zucchini fries on the menu when they don't have them. It's a shame.
