What a gem!! Came in for a typical Dominican breakfast and was transported right back to the Dominican Republic!!! The food was all amazing and the service was very friendly and warm. I absolutely loved my tres golpes and also tried the chicken mofongo and that was also fantastic!!! Chicharones de pollo were super good as well! Wish I could find this kind of food back home. Don’t hesitate, give this place a try it’s fire!!!!
I went to this restaurant last year for the first time and ordered food and also Habichuelas con dulce, the food was good and the habichuelas were super good! This year I decided to return to grab Habichuelas because I really liked it how they make it, but unfortunately it’s not the same anymore 😕 this time there were looking bad and very, very watery, not like the creamy texture that normally this type of dessert have. Disappointed.
Had a late night (10:30pm) craving for some pork chops, so headed to the Dominican spot been wanting to try on Roosevelt Ave & 97 st. It DEFINITELY hit the spot. GREAT service & GREAT food.🤤 Thought I would finish both large pork chops but I got stuffed and brought half of the remaining one home for a next day treat. Highly recommend! 😉😃🍺
