Very recently my mom and I visited Ramen Spot Made in NY in Brooklyn, and unfortunately, we left disappointed. We started with the karaage chicken, which, while flavorful, was extremely dry — so much so that even the dipping sauce couldn’t make up for it. For my main, I ordered the Shoyu ramen and swapped the pork belly for chicken. When it arrived, the chicken was actually cold, as though it had been added after the ramen was already finished. the service was fast, we came in at around 4:20ish and got our food at a timely manner. the food was delicious! the workers were very kind and very attentive! very good ramen portions!
Every time I go it’s really nice and quiet helps me enjoy my meal better because there’s no rush lol. Nice staff too, very helpful and friendly.
