Walked in feeling welcomed and was seated immediately. Ordered chilaquiles verdes with al pastor and beans, and a lime margarita. I usually judge a place by their chilaquiles, and Rancho Tulcingo is fantastic by that standard, pretty cheap as well ($11 + $3 for adding meat), and it came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The margarita was good, although a bit more expensive than I'm used to. I'll certainly be back to try some other things on their large menu, give it a shot!
I don’t usually leave reviews but this one deserves it. The waitress genuine smiles and helpfulness demonstrate she enjoyment of her job. This restaurant absolutely exceeded my expectations. Delicious food served was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while and a calm atmosphere.
The location of this restaurant is great! There’s parking close to the restaurant and not far from the busses or train stations. I ordered Chilaquiles con salsa roja, eggs and steak. The waitress was excellent and friendly. The person in charge at the moment was awesome and we end up getting gelatinas plus a choco flan thanks to his suggestion. I will definitely be coming back and marking this my spot for Mexican breakfast!
