Retro Fitness on Church Ave is hands down one of the best gyms in the area. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, whether you are checking in, asking about equipment, or looking for guidance on workouts. The gym itself is clean, well organized, and well maintained. There is a great variety of machines and free weights, so it never feels limiting no matter what type of workout you are doing. Car
Great gym! Love everything about Retro on Church Avenue especially the spacious location and staff. It's so clean and comfortable they even have a massage chair. I joined many gyms but none compare.
I had an awful personal training experience at this gym that has completely ruined personal training for me. My personal trainer looked me dead in the eyes and said that my husband *hates me* for not having children with him. So shocked that I was sure he must be joking, I pushed back and he doubled down.
