Will never order from this place again. One of the worst Mexican restaurants I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered tres leches, guacamole and chips, and a steak burrito. The tres leches was frozen, the guacamole wasn’t made they just gave me avacado, the chips look were broken into pieces and they barely gave me chips for the “guacamole” (just sliced avocado),and the steak burrito wasn’t giving a Mexican burrito at all. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Terrible and dishonest service. When I called to place my order, I was given specific prices and the employee confirmed the order. A few minutes later I called back to cancel one item, but the employee rudely told me it was impossible because it was already packed. They confirmed the order again. When the order arrived, one item was missing — and it was NOT the item I asked to cancel. When I called to ask what happened, they told me that item was “never entered into the system,” which makes abs
The old woman is rude and ignores my Uber Eats order app that says my food is ready and my name, she says no, she doesn't have it, and talks crazy to me. She knows I can't hear or talk. She keeps me waiting for a few minutes when it says it's ready. I feel that she does that because I am Deaf and black. Don't order anything from this restaurant ever.
