This place was nicknamed Jose's idk why but that's what it's called at JFK. Retro fitted diner serving up hearty portions of deli and comfort food. The food is made fresh to order so there will be a wait but it's worth it. If you like a hero go for Bourbon Street wtap but on a Hero toasted. This place is ridiculous I ordered a pastrami and cheese on a roll and got a grapefruit juice it came up to $15.19 . When I asked how much was the sandwich she said $10.95 then gonna say oh yeah it’s expensive because its boars head . That is insane then when I came back to ask how much was the juice I heard her ( the asian lady) telling the staff how I was complaining…… i’ve been to plenty of delis and even with the price inflation $10.95 is outrages for a roll.
