Not happy with the food taste at this location. We’ve had this chicken before and the taste of sweet chili wasn’t good. Along with that the chicken was not fully cooked. It was still pink. I called to inform them Of the taste and the pink and the guy who works there told me that it was ok for the chicken to be pink and they have a health certificate and all stating that it’s ok to be pink. For one this is not a steak.. pink chicken is NOT ok. It’s pretty much raw chicken. What a waste of my mone
Went here on May 22 and ordered wings and tenders. As I was eating the wings I noticed a hair was fried into the wing. I went back to the register to let the young lady know that there was hair in my chicken. She was very apologetic about it & said that it was disgusting that hair was in my food. She suggested that I would get a refund which I was fine with. Now originally I wasn’t going to leave a review because the issue got resolved but fast forward to May 29 I checked my account and realized
First time trying Rokstar Chicken in Douglaston after a recommendation and was very disappointed. I ordered ahead, picked up and went home. When I got home, the wings were plain and missing the honey butter dipping sauce I was told would be included. When I called, they said the chicken was “seasoned,” which wasn’t what I ordered. I wasn’t looking for a full refund, just some acknowledgment or compensation but nothing was offered. Unfortunately, the service was horrible as if they didn't care
