I am a huge fan of the food here, which is why I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding a recent change to the sauce. The execution of the food is still excellent, the fried chicken was perfectly done, hitting that exact sweet spot of not being too crispy and not being too soggy. However, I did notice a shift in the sauce. It used to be absolutely perfect! thick, authentic, and beautifully balanced without being overly sweet, just like a great traditional Korean sauce. I got this chicken to-go and it was delicious. Here, they have a variety of different chicken styles (wings, tenders, whole chicken, etc.) as well as both dry rub and sauce. I got their mala dry seasoning as well as their hot soy garlic (on the side). The chicken was amazing. Not only was it super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, but it also wasn't too bready or dry. Loved the radish on the side as well. Will definitely be coming back.
Finally tried this chicken!! Chicken was delicious!! Sides were questionable, sauces was blah!! Service was outstanding by Tonia E!! Seating inside Food Bazaar Food Court!! Thanks!!!
