My wife overheard a lady rave about vegan cake so good you wouldn’t know it was vegan. With limited options at chain bakery she asked for the recommended bakery. She drove from the Bronx and arrived at Rose Valley a haven of delicious allergy free desserts. Owner and wife embellished the cake even more. Our daughter stunned and overjoyed that it was vegan. This place has been around for 14 years! Wish I had known about them before. I emailed a picture of the cake my daughter wanted for her birthday, when I didn't hear back from them in a couple of days, I called the bakery. The gentleman was very friendly and gave me a number to text the cake along with all the details. They couldn't do gold or silver writing, so I chose pink. My daughter loved loved LOVED the cake! My absolute favorite is the chocolate cake, 2nd best is the chocolate moose cake and 3rd best is...Anything Chocolate!!!! Super moist and soft chocolate cakes, delicious and absolutely tasty! Gave a taste of these vegan varieties to my skeptical family and friends and they couldn't taste the difference of a "regular" cake. In my opinion, these are the best cakes I've ever eaten...only problem is I can't stop at just one...🎂🍫 Which one do I eat first...too many decisions 🤔
