My family and I have been big supporters of Roy since they were a tiny chicken spot on the corner. Recently they raised prices and started skimping out on the food. We ordered 2 pepper steak combos tonight and the amount of steak compared to what they used to give us is abysmal. Spending $74 on two combos should at least have enough steak to cover us all instead we got skimped on the order. I order here a lot. I ordered mofongitos and they didn’t cook the plantain right at all it looks like they didn’t care and just made this however way. I call back for cooked food and they said no more delivery at 8:00 and that’s not when delivery stops.
my turn to treat today 2 coworkers and myself we ordered 2 orders pica pollo with rice and stewed chicken 2 sodas a side order of plantains food was mediocre at best everything was cold and salty went to pay for 2 orders 41.60 plus an additional 18.72 looked at the receipt no breakdown of items bought of pricing I am not going to patronize this establishment anymore as well as my co workers I will go across the street to the chicken spot
