Salvo’s is a fantastic local find! It’s a cool, welcoming spot for anyone looking for a high-quality sandwich or panini. The owner is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. The sandwiches are packed with flavor and always fresh. It’s easily one of the best spots in the neighborhood for a quick, delicious lunch. Highly recommended for anyone in the Ridgewood area!
This is honestly a world class sandwich shop by day and restaurant by night. Have found ourselves continuing to come back, extremely welcoming, exceptional and deceptively simple cooking, a perfect neighborhood restaurant.
Love the food & the friendly atmosphere & service. We enjoyed (shown below) bean & escarole soup, prosciutto mozz artichoke sandwich (best crusty bread) and leek & potato soup.
