The food at Shake shack is always a top 5 for me when it comes to fast food. Everything felt freshly made and the staff is super welcoming too. Anne is very sweet! The bathrooms were also very well kept. I’m just glad I don’t have to go to queens center mall when I’m craving this food. I highly recommend coming here and the dine in experience was good.
Extremely friendly staff. I came in today and she helped me with two orders- Melanie was very helpful and professional. She truly deserves a raise promotion.
The staff were extremely pleasant and wonderful to speak to. I made a mistake on my order and got the fried crispy onion but I just wanted regular and they immediately fixed my order. They were very helpful and nice about the situation. The environment is also very clean and well kept. The music is neutral and not to loud. I also got my order very fast within a few minutes of order and everything was perfect
