Ordered to go— it took 25 minutes for me to get my food after placing the order via kiosk. Workers were standing around, made eye contact with me, and ignored me , didnt bother to ask what my order number was or if I needed help. There was no sense of hustle at this location. After receiving my order I realized a few things were wrong. I ordered a six piece Korean chicken bites and only received 4 slathered in sauce and missing scallions on top. This is the worst Shake Shack location I have ever visited. How do you torch a hotdog black and still sell it to a customer? The burgers were burnt and cold. They messed up the fries and placed bacon and cheese on it. The tomato was literally one slice of a tiny plum tomato. This place needs to be shutdown and every employee including manager and quality control needs to be re-trained or if in capable, fired. This was a waste of money.
