It was my first time there, and what can I say, I was pleasantly surprised. At first, I was a little overwhelmed at the ordering terminal, but I managed to figure it out in the end. The food was absolutely delicious. Even some more expensive restaurants can't compete. You shouldn't even try to compare it to other fast-food chains. If I have the opportunity again, I would be happy to come back.
This visit definitely changed my mind about Shake Shack. First tried it in Philly, thought it was just okay. Decided to give it another try and the burgers were juicy without being overly greasy. Usually don't go for crinckle cut fries, but these were crispy on the outside and had a fluffy interior. Courteous staff. Would go again
Stopped here for lunch en-route to Brookfield Place shopping mall. There were no queues to order, the burgers were excellent, atmosphere great, but most of all the service was exceptional. The manager was really friendly, welcoming and attentive. Would recommend and would return any time.
