This shake shack is so nice! Very clean, and really wonderful employees. They were very attentive, and cleaning everything constantly. A very nice young man named Jonathan even asked how we were doing, if everything was good, like a real sit down restaurant. Only downside was my son didn’t like his chocolate shake, he said it tasted weird- to me it did taste slightly different like they changed the recipe or made it wrong. Found a staple in my burger, soda was flat and though I ordered the same burgers, one had everything I ordered and the other was missing the bacon and avocado. So, besides the safety issue and the bad quality control, they also can't follow directions. I also called to follow up with a manager, and they never called me back. At least they were nice when I went back to get the order fixed, although the manager on duty shrugged the incidents off as normal🤷🏻♂️.
