I came here for lunch and enjoyed my experience! The food was delicious and well priced. The lunch happy hour menu is expansive and I ordered off of that. The staff was kind and there is cool artwork on the walls that add to the ambiance. I highly recommend if you are in the area and craving Japanese cuisine.
3/10/26 Very disappointing experience. I ordered two eel avocado rolls (with small avocado pieces), shumai, and sake. The shumai was okay but clearly microwaved. My sushi was wrong at first--just avocado rolls--so I had to send it back. Even when corrected, the avocado was huge and overshadowed the eel. My request for smaller avocado pieces was ignored, and the server was defensive. I've been coming sporadically for years, but after this, I won't be back. If I wasn't so hungry, I would've went
We arrived well before closing time, placed our order, and waited for the food. Not long after everything arrived, staff started hovering around our table and repeatedly reminding us that they wanted to close. We still had food on the table and my kids hadn't finished eating.Instead of allowing us a few extra minutes, they made us feel like we were being pushed out the door.
