The Chairman Mao's Braised Pork is good, I liked it with rice as the sauce gets soaked up with the rice. Is it the healthiest? No, but it is tasty. Besides the food, the place is clean, well kept and nice.
Had a great meal at silky kitchen in LIC. We ordered the spicy pig trotters, spicy ribs, and green beans, and everything was super flavorful and perfect with rice. A great spot for comforting Chinese food in the neighborhood.
