Its really nice when you can find spectacular views in the city, even when it rains. I don't like it when gratuity is added to the bill regardless of service. It wasn't bad but stacking on an extra 80 buck it gets up there. Especially in a celebration. My friend got the steak and eggs, while girl got the pernil which usually is a show stopper but this time the meat was dry....my baby paella was delectable. Atmosphere gets an A+.
