Friendly staff and a very good lounge experience overall. I arrived in the evening and it was definitely crowded, so I had to wait a bit to get a table before ordering from the menu. Still, the lounge felt well run, the buffet was extensive, and the menu ordering is a really nice touch that makes it feel a step above a standard airport lounge. I accessed it through American Airlines Platinum Pro status. Good food, good service, and a comfortable place to spend time before the flight.
