Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional night staff on 4/22/26. Walked up to the LATE NIGHT WALK UP WINDOW at 11:59. We knocked, we yelled and they purposely ignored us & pointed to the drive thru line. After 10 minutes, another person came for their order and someone finally answered the window. She came and asked if we ordered or need to. We said we need to, she said “your order is coming” and walked away. We decided to leave after the piss poor service. Ordered via Ubereats. Missing half my order and none of the simple modifications followed. Things removed from the item should make the build of that item simpler. So either the food was premade and just given as is or there is a clear issue reading modifications. Especially when the modification is cheese and an allergen to the person who wanted a burger minus cheese.
The young girl ( African American) working at night she’s so rude and disrespectful! Won’t give a straw and napkin for 34$ bill ! I won’t come back here and don’t recommend this store
