I usually purchase a small bag of chicken wings cooked well done during the week when the owner is there the food seems to be fine and cooked thoroughly today. As a Chinese food fantastic, and not exclusively kosher joints, I need the world to know that Soy Sauce Flushing is criminally good. What's the crime? That I need to drive 2 hours from my home in Rockland County to get an order of Salt and Pepper Chicken, a dish that does not seem to exist in this form at any of the other 1000 Chinese restaurants in New York City. I left a review on my old account before the menu changed and now the food is good especially considering the price. I love the chiken wings. I moved so I can't enjoy it often anymore but I'll be sure to find the time to come back. Also I'm rating the atmosphere 5 but it's not really a sit down place
