Unpretentious place for hefty, piled-high sandwiches and salads, plus breakfast dishes.
From Google Maps reviews.
This used to be my go-to sandwich shop. The prices ran a little high, but the quality justified it: generous portions, fresh toppings, and ingredients that actually felt worth paying for. That is no longer the case. The meats now come off slimy, the bread tastes dry and stale, and I genuinely suspect a sandwich I ordered the other day made me sick. I gave the place more than enough grace, first assuming it was a fluke, then wondering whether ownership had changed or supply standards had slipped.
Listen to the reviews lol the toppings are there (at least for my sandwich) but the bread is stale. Haz caso a las reseñas. El pan está muy duro.
The place is a hole in the wall with no seating but that’s usually an indication that the food will be delicious and that was the case here. I got the meatball sub because it’s easy to throw some cold cuts on a sandwich and I wanted to see how good their meatballs were. The sub was very good and the hand held quesadilla s’mores was delicious too. The only reason why I’m taking off a star is because the women working the register didn’t allow me to finish entering my email in order to gain points
