Star Mountain Coffee is a great local café with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Coffee is well made and consistently smooth, and the space is clean and comfortable for sitting, working, or meeting someone briefly. Staff is polite and efficient without rushing customers. A solid neighborhood spot when you want quality coffee without the chaos of larger chains!
A dated coffee stand/deli located within JFK. Busy in the morning with 6-8 people waiting, no seating. Service was super friendly and reasonably fast. Muffins are served toasted with a slab of margarine, by default. If you want it plain, you need to ask. Very basic food, mostly Spanish. $7 for a muffin and large coffee seemed pricey for a place like this. It was good but would have been better without all the grease. Parking is directly outside but can be very limited.
It’s been 2 years I am going to this place. They only open 5 days. Always get coffee there , Spanish staff. They always forget items in my food order,but it’s ok.
