I understand that the staff may be busy, but I really hope they receive better customer service training. When a customer who clearly needed help made eye contact with them, they quickly looked away and seemed more focused on talking among themselves. This happened not just once, but twice. I hope the management understands that this kind of customer service may be one of the reasons Starbucks is struggling.
It actually took me awhile to post this review. For the past months, someone has been messing up, not exactly preparing the drink as ordered. Whenever we order Cafe Mocha, it ends up just tasting like milk. Whenever we ordered Mocha Frappe with NO whip cream, they add whip cream or they ended up giving the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe. Someone needs to be thorough with reading the orders.
Ordered from this location, and didn't realize till a couple-worker pointed it out. Found two hairs inside my drink. Apart from waiting 10-15 minutes for a drink, I can't even drink it? Unacceptable. You guys need to do better. Money down the drain. Thank you guys for that.
