Honestly, this was very unpleasant. The last three times I asked for a very simple thing, and every time they said “yeah, no problem,” but in reality it was never done. Even though I always try to be respectful — I’ve worked in the service industry myself and I leave tips. Starbucks even puts you in that awkward situation right before payment where it almost feels like you’re being pushed to tip. I still tip the staff without any issue. One of the larger Starbucks locations in Brooklyn, it is an excellent place to study or chat with friends and is normally low volume. They have the full menu here so they have nice drinks and decent food items!
Couldn't even receive a water, even though I had just ordered the day before. Spending money to not even have humane treatment! What happened to the good ole' days? I can understand the boycott Starbucks movement.
