I always order extra cream, so why am I getting such a hard time at your Starbucks? Why can’t you simply add extra whip cream on top of my matcha Frappuccino? Why was it added to the bottom of the drink instead? That's event not the issue yet. Instead of fixing the issue, you gave me a new drink without whipped cream and still had an attitude toward me.
