This was one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve had. I paid for a Venti matcha Frappuccino and received a drink that wasn’t even full. It was clearly underfilled and poorly made, like it was thrown together without any care. For the price Starbucks charges, this is unacceptable. The staff’s attitude and attention to quality were extremely disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location
Today I ordered a Dubai Chocolate Matcha drink at Starbucks, with extra chocolate foam and 5 scoops of matcha powder. But this is hands down the worst drink I’ve ever had in my entire life. I asked the barista if that was the extra chocolate foam, and he said yes. I took two sips, and the chocolate foam was completely gone right away. Waited 20 minutes for my sugarfree caramel protein matcha with light ice after said the starbucks app provided the order ready time. 28 minutes total since ordering, waited in the store for 20 minutes, employees would start my drink and keep stopping to work on other customers drinks.. would keep going back and forth working on my matcha.
