It is a good environment with nice interior. It was a raining day so I had to stay in Starbucks for about 30 minutes. Service is great and people are kind. They serve pretty fast. I got a bagel and also a cup of iced coffee.
Attended the Starbucks, Dumbo aka 'Down under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass' for brunch after alot of walking around the local area. Nice, friendly staff, beverages and snacks from Starbucks. Shame you cannot use your UK loyalty app in the USA as we found out its defined by region. So sadly no loyalty rewarded during our visits to any Starbucks Cafe in NYC.
I visited Starbucks store in Dumbo as I always do every morning before work. I always get a good morning or welcome but today it was just all serious faces. I have been ordering the same item which is Venti Iced Sugar Cookie Latte which I also customize. They had already made it with caramel which I don’t like and now whip cream. When asked I asked for it to be remade they don’t even apologize or a confirmation if it was or not gonna be made. That person just walked away. Finally It was remade b
