I've visited this Starbucks several times, and during peak rushes the staff often seem overwhelmed due to understaffing. Despite that, Angi was consistently kind, patient, and considerate. She maintained a positive attitude even while handling a very busy environment, and her customer service stood out. Management should consider providing additional support during historically busy periods so employees aren't overburdened. Angi is doing an excellent job and deserves recognition for her profess
As a regular visitor, most of the staff already know my favorite drink and how i prefer it to be made! They always say hi, with a smile, when I first walk in. Sarah, Cuba, Alyssa, Raheem, James, Cane, Wade and others whose names i haven't remembered yet are always friendly and kind. When there are seats, I usually sit down, because its a good spot to sit while sipping my latte and having a bite to eat. I look forward to my daily visits!
