Ordered caramel macchiato which should already have a decent amount of caramel. It didn’t. Then kind of annoying when you pay extra for the lined cup of caramel sauce and it’s barely in the drink. I ended up using some of my own caramel at home and filling it up. Upsetting since I paid extra for it.
This starbucks is the closest to me and thank god! The workers are always so nice and welcoming. If for some reason something is messed up they will fix it right away. It looks so good with the renovations and the food and drinks are great!
This is the best Starbucks in all of NYC. I absolutely love the crew here. Sean, Kevin, Adanna, (sorry if I misspelled) & crew are geniunely the BEST to ever do it. They truly make my day better. I'm a creature of habit and they are just so consistent, kind, attentive, fun and just incredible. I love this store! The people make such a difference.
