The Starbucks at 251-05 Jericho has exceptional customer service and a really nice, welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere makes it a great place to relax or grab a drink. Service is consistently smooth and enjoyable, which makes this location stand out.
Very odd experience with a staff member here. Was in store around 10:35am + had mobile ordered drinks and a breakfast item. My drink was ready when I arrived but I waited for about 15 minutes for the breakfast sandwich and finally decided to mention something to the staff; the barista grunted rolled his eyes and shrugged me off then barked at the woman on register. I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had an issue until now, but this same problem has now happened to me twice. I ordered a venti drink and was shocked to find it filled only halfway when I came to pick it up. The barista didn’t see anything wrong with it, even after I pointed it out.
