This Starbucks location is honestly one of my favorites. Even though the area is always busy, the moment you walk in it feels so calm, welcoming, and relaxing. The atmosphere is amazing, the drinks are always made perfectly, and the customer service is consistently top tier. Taylor and her team are truly awesome — everyone is so friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and creating a positive environment. First time at this location. Once I arrived I placed a mobile order. I was given an estimated wait time of 12 minutes. My strawberry matcha loaf came out immediately. The citrus mint tea took about 10 minutes. Ambiance was nice… I chowed down on the loaf as I waited and took my tea and hit the mean streetz of NYC.
