I experienced very poor service today. I’ve been a loyal customer since the store opened, but the cashier handed me a damaged, taped-up $20 bill after I paid with a $100. When I politely asked to exchange it, she responded with attitude along with slamming what was on her hand against the counter, this made me feel very unsafe, The barista also acted unprofessionally when serving my drink stating “ here you go” and sliding and slightly throwing my drink towards me, This behavior was disappointin
