Fast and friendly service. Walked in On my way to an interview where I was running a bit behind in scheduled time. Ordered an Iced Matcha 🍵Latte that was personalized. Beverage was fresh and tasty. I did notice personalization on the mobile beverages that were sweet.
Great Starbucks location in LIC. Spacious, clean, and usually well stocked. Drinks are consistently made right, and the staff handles busy rushes efficiently. Solid spot to grab coffee or sit down with a laptop for a bit.
This extremely unprofessional and rude employee, Cynthia, made an irrational comment as she handed me my drink, stating that this would be the first and last time I would get my drink remade. She assumed she knew the situation when she didn’t, because I had already spoken with the manager over the phone and had just come in. The kind employee I spoke with, who has black curly hair and always makes my drinks perfectly, reassured me about the situation and explained why my drink wasn’t made proper
