Why the Greenpoint Starbucks on Nassau and Lorimer Falls Short I’ve visited the Starbucks location at Nassau and Lorimer in Greenpoint multiple times, and despite having documented transactions through the Starbucks app, my experiences there have consistently left me disappointed. What stands out most is not a single incident, but a pattern—one that suggests a lack of awareness, attentiveness, and basic customer acknowledgment. Love it in here. The staff are amazing, they are friendly and helpful. The drinks are always on point.
