Imani, Amani, Nukiya are the only reason I visit this starbucks almost everyday. Always warm and friendly. They actually know my name how I like my coffee. That kind of customer service is far and few in between these days. I’ve gone to other starbucks for years and they treat you like they’ve never seen you before.
Good spot and employees are friendly. Pretty clean compared to rest of the Starbucks been to. Got brownie and chocolate chip cookies warmed as well and it was good.
We just got one order from here. We order five packages of madeleine cookies, they charged us but didn't gave to us. Then, when we asked about the cookies, one of the workers took the full box away and the other said "we don't have more", such a disrespectful person and in the end she didn't want to sell us the cookies.
