Avoid this store if you can. My wife and I order 3 drinks, 2 of them come out wrong because my cashier did not ring up what I ordered correctly. The cashier had an attitude and was barely listening to what I order to get it correct. The atmosphere is dull along with the tables and chairs being dirty. I spent $30 on a Mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher for there to be no communication on the lack of mango refresher and mango boba pieces. Instead of telling me that, they make me a bitter, taste
My regular visit, although extremely busy this morning, was still great. The girl barista Michelle was making drinks solo and handled everything impressively with her multitasking. 100% recommended.
Ray was incredibly kind and caring. I'll return here mainly because of his patience and honesty, especially about the matcha drink. Thank you, ray, I will come back because of you.
