I always Mobile order ahead and consistently have a great experience. Drinks are always on point and I’m always greeted when I come in!
On 08/10/26 the store had its doors closed at 8am. Obviously they were running late. There were employees were inside doing something, but nobody bothered to put a note on the door to inform the waiting customers what’s going on and when the store will be open. Customers and Uber Eats drivers were standing outside for 30 minutes (including me) and nobody bothered to open the door and inform us about the delay. Terrible customer service.
I stopped by the Starbucks at 9th Street and 7th Avenue in Brooklyn for my favorite Matcha Crème Frappuccino, and it did not disappoint! The drink was perfectly blended and topped with just the right amount of whipped cream. The location was conveniently close to the 7th Avenue station, which made it easy to grab and go. The baristas were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for a quick caffeine fix!
