If you’re going to this location to get some work done with a nice cup of your favorite coffee…DON’T! Took advantage of the crappy weather to change atmospheres and get some work done at this location, in between appointments, and it was a disaster. For starters, not one of the 5 featured flavors could be made, as they were OUT OF THE REQUIRED ingredients. Growing up on Grove, I’d have loved to pass a Starbucks on the way to the train. I popped in and this location is still experiencing growing pains. While the space is set up nicely and is well maintained and the staff are friendly, my cappuccino was basic. In the city and even other parts of Queens that have more consistent staff, they really make better cappuccinos than Starbucks in other places. This location needs a little more training on that.
