I have this app called Karrot that sometimes have these little opportunities to win stuff so recently I won a Starbucks $5 00 gift card and that is the reason I went into Starbucks as am not a fan of paying anything above $2.00 for coffee it unless am at the airport and there are no less expensive places. that sell coffee . That being said I went in the workers are very friendly and it was very clean. There are a lots of seating there pecan cake is delicious.
I was disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. The wait time was much longer than expected, and it seemed like the three employees working were more focused on talking and joking with each other than paying attention to customer orders. The lack of urgency and attention to customers made the experience frustrating. I understand that a friendly work environment is important, but customer service should still be the priority, especially during busy times.
I am always having coffee and sandwiches from here .. this morning I needed to use the restroom. And there was a woman she said she can give me The code if I purchase anything, I said I will get an Americano and I used restroom and I got back, but there was too much line and the person who is taking the orders was busy because she is also making coffee.
