I like Starbucks from I was a child, it’s my favorite place, but sometimes when I order a coffee or any drink they put for me more ice, it’s more than the drink, so! half of the cup is all ice and a little drink, is that fair? I spoke to them at the same time I ordered my matcha drink, and I explained my problem to them, and they gave me my money back. That seems fair. But please, next time, don't add ice without consulting the customer first.
I placed a mobile order which was convenient as I was on my way to work.Service was great and coffee was delicious! Will be back to this location soon.
Paid over 22 for water ,ice ,food coloring, bad attitude and over a 20 minutes wait at this location via the drive thru never was told that there was no more fruit infusions only after my payment was taken.
