This is genuinely the worst Starbucks that I have ever been too by far. If I can give one star I would. I don’t think I have been there a single time without having to either wait 25 + minutes for my order, or go back to have something fixed. The need new and an entire new staff. Pictured below is what’s supposed to be a double espresso but it has absolutely not a single drop of espresso, nor is the caramel mixed in.
This place has been very inconsistent lately. Place a mobile order for light ice in your coffee and you still get a half cup of ice in the smallest cup they have. Asked for the drink to be remade you WATCH the girl put just any coffee and milk and give you the order. Not the proper milk, no whipped cream, no pumps, no toppings... just milk and coffee. This is my usual go to starbucks because it is closest to my house. Everytime I have visited it has been nothing but bad service, very slow service (i've once waited 20 minutes for one drink order that I ordered 12 minutes prior), and always some sort of mess up with my order. My drink today was completely just ice and the drink was finished within a minute due to it being 90% ice. To top it all off, my drink was not even filled all the way when I received it.
