First off, the usual: Starbucks, you’re going to hell for what you do to coffee!! But now about this specific spot. Never thought I’d walk into a Starbucks in the US — especially in New York — but Staten Island is kinda a village like that 🤷🏻♀️ This location though? Super chill, friendly vibe. I used to drive further down Amboy Road all the way to Foster Road — that spot’s cool too. But I’m usually out at like 5am — it’s quiet, but they’ve got headset orders, drive-thru, and a bunch of zoome
I don't usually leave starbucks reviews but this one deserves A higher rating! Every time we go the staff is super nice and everything is quick and on time. The seats are nice and comfy, definitely a good location with good vibes!
Some of the staff here (besides register) have a ginormous attitude and get very visibly aggravated if you ask them a question about the preparation of the drink and look at you crazy when you ask for a straw and say "huh" (they should be asking the customer if they need a straw on their own btw). It is absolutely ridiculous that they are conversing with customers in this way. This creates an extremely uncomfortable environment. The staff need to be properly trained on customer communication.
