Love this café — it’s super cozy and has a dark academia-type vibe. I love their coffee so much that I even buy their beans to make at home. Their seasonal flavors are great too, though sometimes the flavor is a little too light to really taste. The pastries are always fresh and delicious. I just wish they had more stock and a wider variety of options. Also love that they offer coffee flights for their seasonal drinks!
I visited Stumptown coffee roasters and while the building itself is truly iconic, the experience inside sadly didn’t live up to the charm of its exterior. Once you learn about the building’s history, it feels almost heartbreaking to see such a legendary space turned into a very ordinary coffee shop. The interior feels unfinished — minimal, but not in a thoughtful or intentional way. It lacks warmth, atmosphere, and any sense of character that the space truly deserves. Sitting there, I couldn’t
Good coffee. However, limited inside sitting and more limited due to office workers and students, who come with laptops. Their time at the space should’ve limited, because casual customers can’t find sitting.
