Workers there are HORRIBLE — I cannot stress this enough. I went there while near the park looking for a quick bite, but the staff needs to be replaced immediately. First red flag: they do not switch gloves between orders. They also touch their phones while wearing gloves, which is completely unsanitary. On top of that, the customer service is awful. They work incredibly slowly even when it’s not busy, ignore customer requests, and don’t even make the sandwiches properly. The overall attitude fr
There is a lady that worked at 12:08pm today and I understand that she is working in 2 orders but it’s taking her twice as long to make 1 order. I’ve been here for 15 minutes and she hasn’t even started my order. Plus there is only 2 order that were online and she hasn’t even started in mine. If I see her making food I will ask that someone else make it because it takes forever for her to make my food. I even ordered 5-10 in advance.
Rude and unhelpful staff. I placed an order on the app and the location claims they never received my order. They refused to make my order even after I showed them I was charged for it. They were rude and didn't do anything to try to fix the situation. The worst part is I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER and they still didn't do anything to make it right. So for that, I'm done with this particular location.
