I would like to file a complaint about the service I received today at around 9:00 p.m. The employee who assisted me was very rude and provided poor customer service. On top of that, the sandwich I received was very disappointing. It had very little filling and did not meet Subway’s usual quality standards. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive a properly prepared product. I hope this issue is addressed so that other customers do not have the same experience. Thank
I was at this location today & placed an order through the subway mobile application. I was getting FLBOGO promo buy one get one half off. The lady who is working there stated to me she is not going to honor it. She canceled my order within a minute because she told me twice I'm going to cancel it. Then She said this is not a participating store. I told her I used the subway mobile app & it worked, if it wasn't a participating store this shouldn't work on the official subway mobile app. I paid
I ate a brisket bbq special sandwich here on a Friday afternoon while my wife was giving birth at a nearby hospital. The sandwich was fine. Nothing crazy. Greasy. Tasty. Eleven dollars for six inch sub, chips and soda. Staff wasn’t friendly but want unfriendly. Took about 15 minutes to get my meal with one dude in front of me.
