Food is always good at Subway, but the customer service is terrible. They don't know their menu. I ordered the Italian BMT and still they were asking me what kind of bread, what kind of cheese, and what kind of meat. While I specifically said seasoned steak and avocado and showed her, they kept asking.The menu on the board. Which comes with 50% extra meat, she said everything regular. Ordered 3 foot longs and all of them barely had any meat. When I called the store they said they started measuring out 2oz of meat for a footlong. That is absurd. No other Subway does this. Charging the same prices but skimping on the meat is ridiculous. Won’t order from here again.
Very bad and shameful on the Indian person who is working in the store who rejects my free sandwich why to give that free sandwich offer we are not beggers. If you dont wanna offer free sandwich stop the offers. This is so awful and insulting i have never experienced before
