Ordered roast beef foot long & cranberry cheesecake cookies thru UberEats app. I payed for 50% more meat which was ignored and I’m pretty sure the meat was not roast beef but some sort of chopped beef or steak. Yuk! I ate half and threw away the other half. They sent macadamia nut cookies. Not what I ordered. I haven’t had Subways in years and now I remember why.
I tried to order on the subway app but according to the guy working there they don’t use it. Mind you, the app itself marks this location as usable. Very sketchy shop and even sketchier employees. The cookies are good tho.
They are doing shady business at this Subway. Twice I've ordered through the Uber Eats app and they don't have the item. The person in the restaurant will wait until the delivery person is there to pick up the food, and use the delivery person's phone to call me to tell me they don't have the item and I should cancel from my phone. Here's the thing - if I cancel from my phone, I lose out on my funds. It is the responsibility of the restaurant to cancel! Additionally, from their Uber Eats portal,
