My boyfriend and I placed an order through the app, we ordered 2 footlong meals, we go inside to pick up our order and the worker is feeling the bag and realizes he made us 2 6” sandwiches instead and said he’d fix that, ok great no worries we told him to take his time because there was another customer in the store. Listen to the reviews!!! Ignored it thinking some people may be over exaggerating but they aren’t! The place was empty and the older man was sooo rude to me. I’m the only customer there, you would think the place was busy and chaotic so i would understand he would feel overwhelmed but come on man. Honestly if I could give no stars I would the place was empty and the male employee insisted I order on the kiosk. I ordered one sandwich and was having trouble with the other. I asked for him to help me and he ignored me. I asked is his register was out of service he said no, I then told him to charge me there. He was very rude, mind you I am pregnant.
